Are you currently practicing competitive sports as an athlete and looking for someone to take care of your strength and conditioning? As I have much experience training athletes from different sports (including but not limited to football, ice hockey, rowing, track and field, crossfit), I am certainly able to help you improve the energy system you need most for your sport. Here I offer:
We make sure that our athletic training fits into your seasonal schedule. We first define and prioritise the areas that you need work in (i.e. strength, endurance, power, mobility, agility), develop a training program together, and then implement it together.
I offer both personal training for professional athletes as well as group training up to 15 people at a time.
My base location in Lucerne is a perfect training environment for groups or teams. Or I can come to your location.
