STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This individualised strength & conditioning program is made for athletes who want to improve strength numbers, olympic weightlifting and aerobic/anaerobic threshold in the context of sport specific requirements.
A session is between 60-75 minutes per day, including warmup, mobility, cooldown.
