WEEKLY STRUCTURE

 

 

  • 5x training sessions/week
  • 1x active recovery session
  • 1x complete rest day
  • Personal Login with access to the program

 

 

 

A session is between 75-90 minutes per day, including warmup, mobility, cooldown.

STRENGTH & CORE

 

This individualised strength program is made for athletes who want to improve solely strength numbers.

 

WEEKLY STRUCTURE

 

 

  • 3x training sessions/week
  • individualised programming based on your numbers and needs
  • trainingsplan sent out every sunday via email

 

 

A session is between 60-75 minutes per day, including warmup, mobility, cooldown.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

This individualised strength & conditioning program is made for athletes who want to improve strength numbers, olympic weightlifting and aerobic/anaerobic threshold in the context of sport specific requirements.
