JMT Monthly Challenge

Get ready for qualifiers and competitions


A lot of athletes compete in different competitions around the world. It doesn’t matter if it is a small one in your box or if you are aiming to compete at the CrossFit Games. Most of the competitions request a qualifier.


We want to prepare you for any upcoming qualifier and make all those qualifiers totally normal for you - nothing that stresses you. There is no better way than deliberately practicing. If you are used to do qualifiers or small competitions then it gets a habit.


The JMT Monthly Challenge is an opportunity to practice all those online qualifiers but it is also a great chance to compete against other athletes. You will soon realise where your strengths and weaknesses are and we will then have the opportunity to give you improved specific training plans based on your personal needs.


How does it work?

On the first day of each month in 2019, JMT releases one workout. You will have time until the 15th of the month (Time: 12 pm MEZ) to complete this workout. The workout needs to be filmed and the score needs to be uploaded into the WODProof app.

JMT will then check all your scores and review the videos. The best female and male athlete will win a small price.


Workout announcements

The workout will be announced on the first day of each month at 12 pm MEZ. We will upload a workout video on Youtube, Instagram and Facebook. The video and details like movement description and standards will be uploaded to the website www.jonasmuellertraining.com


JMT athletes are the winners

The competition is opened for everyone but only JMT athletes will win a price. You are welcome to join the competition but if you currently are not a JMT athlete and you win the workout, your prize will be then forwarded to the best JMT athlete.


JMT Monthly Challenge in cooperation with WODProof

All our workouts need to be completed with the official WODProof app. Here are some information about the WODProof app.

Do you already use WODProof?

  1. Go to the WODProof app
  2. Click on the menu tab (right bottom of the screen)
  3. Click on “Training Programs”
  4. Click on “All training programs”
  5. Search for “JMT – Jonas Müller Training” and join


Here is a helpful WODProof tutorial how to use WODProof for your workout.
















Here are some important points:

  • Once you completed your workout, upload your video from your private gallery on your phone to Youtube. Add the link of the youtube video then to your workout in the WODProof app. We are then able to see the video.
  • Set then your video as public


How to check the Leaderboard

We all want to know where we are on the leaderboard. Here is how to check the leaderboard:

  1. Click on the menu tab (right bottom of the screen)
  2. Click on “Training programs”
  3. Click on “JMT – Jonas Müller Training”
  4. Choose the workout where you want to know the leaderboard
  5. Click on “view results”
  6. Click on the cup (right top of the screen)
  7. Check then the leaderboard for men or women

How to subscribe to facebook, instagram & youtube.

Facebook

Here are the steps how you can follow our facebook account so you don't miss any updates:

  1. search for our page "Jonas Müller Training"
  2. follow our page
  3. click on the menu tab (3 points on the right side of the screen)
  4. click on "following"
  5. choose "see first" (not "default")


Instagram

Here are the steps how you can follow our Instragram account so you don't miss any updates:

  3. click on the menu tab (3 points on the right top of the screen)
  4. click on "Turn on Post Notifications"

Youtube

Here are the steps how you can follow our youtube account so you don't miss any updates:
