Are you currently practicing competitive sports as an athlete and looking for someone to take care of your strength and conditioning? As we have much experience training athletes from different sports (including but not limited to football, ice hockey, rowing, track and field, functional fitness), we are certainly able to help you improve the energy system/strength components you need most for your sport. Here we offer:
We make sure that our athletic training fits into your seasonal schedule. We first define and prioritise the areas that you need work in (i.e. strength, endurance, power, mobility, agility), develop a training program together, and then implement it together.
GROUP TRAINING OR ONE-ON-ONE-TRAINING
We offer both personal training for professional athletes as well as group training up to 20 people at a time.
Our base location in Lucerne is a perfect training environment for groups or teams. Or we can come to your location.
