You are spending a lot of time programming training sessions for your gym, but you actually have better things to do? You do not have a really periodised cycle or a system in your programming, because you do not have enough time or knowledge? Let us do the work for you!

WHAT IS INCLUDED?


  • 6x Training sessions per week (up to 2 different training plans per day i.e. WOD & Weightlifting)
  • Programming that fits your gym (your equipement, people, needs etc.)
  • Personal support via email



A session is 60 minutes, including skill / strength part and conditioning / WOD. 

If you need longer or shorter sessions, then we will find a solution.

CHF 250.00.- /month



DISCOUNTS

5 % discount if you book for 6 months (half-yearly payment)

10 % discount if you book for 12 months (yearly payment)

How does it work?

These steps will follow as soon as you press "start now".

STEP 1

Fill out the contact form with the button "start your sample week".

STEP 2

Within 24h (during week days) we will get in contact with you. 

STEP 3

We will discuss your needs with you and

how your programming will look like. 

STEP 4

We will then send you your programming and you can start with

"JMT Gym".
