Are you training in competitive fitness and searching for a new program? Or do you have specific wishes to improve your strength, endurance or stamina? We can offer you a variety of different plans and programs, both general and individualised, that work for your specific goals.

NEW: JMT HOME

Due to the current situation with the corona virus a lot of gyms are closed or people are in quarantine. If you still want to train in a good way and improve your performance, then sign up for this 6 week "JMT HOME" program. 


JMT HOME

6 week program consists of workouts which can be done at home. The only thing you need is a jump rope.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE


  • 3x training sessions/week
  • 1x endurance session
  • 45-60 minutes per session incl. warm-up & cool-down
  • Non-individualized programming of Jonas Müller
  • training plan & videos viewable via our app

For all athletes who are interested in improving their ability in competitive fitness.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE


  • 5x training sessions/week
  • 1x active recovery session
  • 75-90 minutes per session

  • Personal Login with access to the program

JMT FIGHTER

This individualised training program is made for athletes who want to improve everything from strength numbers, olympic weightlifting and aerobic/anaerobic threshold in the context of their sport specific requirements.

  • 60-90 minutes per session (including warm-up)
  • individualized programming based on your needs
  • training plan sent out weekly via our application
  • weekly check-in day with your coach to receive an optimal coaching

This individualised functional fitness program is designed for athletes who want to holistically improve their capacities.

  • weekly check-in day with your coach to receive an optimal coaching

JMT COMPETITOR

This individualised training program is made for athletes who train on a semi- or fully professional level and are competing purposefully in their sport.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE


  • 5-6x training sessions/week 
  • 90-120 minutes per day (including warm-up)
  • individualized programming based on your needs
  • training plan sent out weekly via our application
  • weekly check-in day with your coach to receive an optimal coaching
  • professional coaching during your competitions (remote or on-site)

How does it work?

These steps will follow as soon as you press "start program" (except JMT Fitness Compass).

STEP 1

Fill out the questionnaire. Tell us a bit about yourself, your goals and your expectations.

STEP 2

Within 24h (during week days) we will review your questionnaire.

STEP 3

We will then match you up with the coach best suited for you. 

STEP 4

Your new coach will then get in contact with you within another 24h.
