6 week program consisting of workouts which can be done at home. The only thing you need is a jump rope.

STEP 1
Fill out the questionnaire. Tell us about yourself, your goals and your expectations.
STEP 2
Within 24h (during week days) we will review your questionnaire.
STEP 3
We will then match you up with the coach best suited for you.
STEP 4
Your new coach will then get in contact with you within another 24h.
